To retrieve your password, go to the homepage and click on Change Password on the top right corner of the screen.
You will get a pop-up and be prompted to enter your Current Password. Then set-up your New Password.
Note: Your password must be at least 8 characters long and a combination of letters, numbers and symbols. At least one of the letters must be capitalized.
Once you click on Submit, you will get a pop-up message notifying you that your password was successfully reset.
Tip: If you don't receive the email in your inbox, check your junk email folder. Add [email protected] to your safe sender list to ensure our emails are always received.
